Molly Levinson is founder and CEO of TLG, a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement firm recognized as one of the top public relations and special situations advisory firms in the U.S. She is a trusted advisor to influential leaders, businesses, and civic institutions on corporate reputation and brand issues at the intersection of financial markets, policy, the law, and media. Ms. Levinson has led hundreds of brand- and market-defining global efforts successfully integrating business, legal, and communications objectives to navigate complex situations and mission-critical inflection points.

Ms. Levinson has served as an advisor to Fortune 100 companies across industries and sectors, prominent individuals, institutions of higher education, family offices, and professional sports leagues, teams, and athletes, including as a leading architect of the effort to achieve pay equality for the U.S. Women’s National soccer team. Ms. Levinson also serves as a strategic advisor to law firms and lawyers and is an expert on the legal industry.

Ms. Levinson’s expertise in developing and implementing policy and communications strategies is rooted in her experience at the most senior levels of news. An Emmy-award-winning producer, she served as Political Director at CNN and CBS. At both networks, she directed all political reporting, led the networks’ Decision Desks, and served as a primary liaison with national political parties, campaigns, local and national elected officials, Capitol Hill and the White House for every election from 2002 to 2012. Ms. Levinson also covered major events including September 11, 2001 and the aftermath, and the U.S. wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Ms. Levinson serves on the Board of Advisors for Athletes Unlimited, the Fallen Journalists Memorial Foundation, and the Network for Victim Recovery of DC. She graduated cum laude from Wellesley College.

Lily Biagi is a skilled communications professional with experience in media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications. She assists large companies, law firms, nonprofits, and clients across various industries navigate pivotal business, legal, and public relations moments.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Biagi interned at the White House Office of Communications, where she supported rapid response operations and assisted both the broadcast media and policy communications teams. During her undergraduate career, she interned for Senator Chuck Schumer’s national press team, a congressional campaign in New York, and wrote for her university’s award-winning food magazine. Ms. Biagi graduated summa cum laude with B.A. in political science from Syracuse University and was also elected Phi Beta Kappa.

With deep experience in navigating high-stakes situations, Katherine Bosley serves as a trusted advisor to leading corporations facing complex and sensitive matters, including government enforcement and regulatory actions, civil litigation, corporate governance issues, congressional investigations, and heightened media scrutiny.

Ms. Bosley has developed and executed strategic communications initiatives to protect and elevate the public profiles of her clients, collaborating closely with Boards of Directors and C-suite executives on high-stakes and sensitive matters. She has a proven track record in guiding organizations through mission-critical moments, offering expertise in crisis and issues management, stakeholder engagement, and media relations. Her expertise includes developing communication strategies for high-profile litigation and sensitive investigations – including government inquiries and internal reviews – regularly engaging the media to ensure factual and strategic messaging.

Ms. Bosley previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), first as a paralegal in the Fraud Section of DOJ’s Criminal Division and later as an analyst at the Executive Office for Immigration Review. She has also contributed to a range of economic and political initiatives through her work on a gubernatorial campaign and in the Public Affairs and Consular offices of the U.S. Consulate in Munich. She holds a B.A. in history with a minor in political science from Virginia Tech.

Dusty Brandenburg brings nearly twenty years of high-level administrative and operational experience to TLG. In his role, he manages day-to-day operations, supports executive leadership, and ensures the firm’s internal infrastructure runs efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining TLG, Mr. Brandenburg served as Director of Operations for the United States Senate Committee on Rules and Administration and held senior roles in the offices of Congresswoman Maxine Waters and Congressman Keith Ellison. He has also supported C-suite leadership at a financial services consultancy and managed communications and public affairs at an environmental sustainability firm. Mr. Brandenburg received his B.A. from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, majoring in political science and history.

Natalie Byrnes is a strategic communications professional providing media support on high-stakes matters involving litigation, regulatory investigations, and corporate issues. At TLG, Ms. Byrnes provides research and analysis of industry trends across the legal, technology, media, and sports industries, supports clients in preparation for high-profile conferences and events, and manages reporter relationships for a range of clients.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Byrnes interned at a strategic communications firm in New York, where she supported media engagement efforts, generated ideas for thought leadership, and aided in crisis management and rapid response planning for clients in a range of industries. Ms. Byrnes also previously held internship roles at the Chicago Bar Foundation and Forging Opportunities for Refugees in America. As an undergraduate, she held leadership positions at several philanthropic organizations, including leading her university’s support of refugee families in North Carolina. Ms. Byrnes graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in politics and international affairs and was elected to the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha.

Jonah Charlton helps clients navigate reputational risks, high-stakes crises, and complex institutional challenges across sectors, including higher education, law, technology, and media and entertainment.

He works closely with TLG’s CEO and senior leadership, bringing an interdisciplinary approach to strategic planning and institutional problem-solving, grounded in his background in data analytics, statistics, and communications.

Mr. Charlton joined the firm after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the University’s award-winning student newspaper and graduated with Honors after completing a senior thesis. Previously, he gained experience in analytics and communications at leading media, healthcare, and commercial real estate companies. Mr. Charlton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied communication and data analytics.

Stacy Choi brings experience in media relations, policy, and strategic communications. At TLG, Ms. Choi conducts insightful research, monitors social and media coverage for clients on a broad portfolio of reputation and brand issues, and assists in the creation of written material for thought leadership development.

Ms. Choi joined TLG after serving as the Communications Coordinator for the Office of the First Lady and in the White House Office of Communications, where she worked with regional and broadcast news. Ms. Choi also worked as a Press Assistant at the Democratic National Committee, where she focused on helping manage state party communications. She earned her B.A. from Howard University in strategic, legal, and management communications with a concentration in public relations.

Michael Crittenden

Michael Crittenden brings extensive experience at the nexus of political, legal and corporate issues management, advising public and private businesses, executive teams, and Boards of Directors on matters with high-risk legal and regulatory implications.

Mr. Crittenden counsels financial institutions, media and entertainment corporations, global environmental services providers, and businesses across a broad range of industries on matters posing significant reputational risk, transformational financial transactions, and stakeholder engagement through sophisticated public affairs campaigns.

Prior to TLG, Mr. Crittenden served as a Managing Director at a global public affairs firm. He is an award-winning journalist, who covered global financial markets, international economics, banking, and financial services at The Wall Street Journal for over seven years. Mr. Crittenden also covered multiple high level federal and state government agencies, including the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Federal Reserve, U.S. Treasury Department, and the U.S. Department of State. Mr. Crittenden received his BA in political science and journalism from Washington & Lee University.

Ms. Dredden graduated cum laude from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University, where she majored in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Resolution and double minored in political science and Spanish/Latin American language, culture and literature.

Molly Eisner is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in broadcast television, print, and financial media. She specializes in media relations, crisis communications, corporate agenda setting, and executive profile building.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Eisner was a communications manager at the Financial Times, where she managed all US media relations and corporate communications. In this role, she supported both newsroom and business priorities, as well as provided counsel to senior editors and leadership. Ms. Eisner also served as a booking producer at MSNBC where she managed relationships with journalists, lawmakers, and business leaders, producing daily segments. Ms. Eisner worked as a researcher at NBC’s TODAY and began her career as an NBCUniversal Page. Ms. Eisner graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, with a B.A. in political science and a minor in digital studies. She received her Certificate in PR strategy from Cornell University.

Stephanie Hakeem

Stephanie Hakeem is a communications professional with experience supporting clients in highly regulated and reputation-sensitive industries.

At TLG, she helps guide clients through high-stakes challenges, from regulatory investigations and litigation to brand transformations and crisis response, across sectors including aviation, professional sports, global development, finance, law, technology, and emerging markets.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Hakeem was a consultant in the public affairs practice at FTI Consulting, where she advised clients across various industries and specialized in strategic communications, litigation support, public affairs, and cybersecurity. She also worked at Georgetown University, managing communications for a broad range of stakeholders across both domestic and international audiences. Ms. Hakeem received her B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in interdisciplinary global studies. She holds a master’s degree in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Angela Hoague serves as a TLG senior leader, overseeing multifaceted teams in developing and executing complex corporate reputation and public interest campaigns to engage stakeholders. Ms. Hoague has extensive experience advising global law firms and other public and private businesses in various stages of growth across all industries during moments of significant reputational risk and change. She also frequently partners with clients across the health sector, leading issue management and multidisciplinary communications efforts for hospitals, biotechnology firms, venture capital groups, and others.

Ms. Hoague works hand-in-hand with legal counsel, Boards of Directors, and senior executives to lead internal and external communications efforts related to high-stakes litigation, sensitive investigations, regulatory matters, and financial services issues. She joined TLG from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where she worked closely with top government officials to manage complex and sensitive agency matters for more than a decade.

Naree Ketudat is a communications strategist based in Washington, D.C. with experience managing high-profile issues in regulatory and global affairs. She has led media relations strategies for a variety of prominent individuals facing reputational risk.

At TLG, Ms. Ketudat works with major corporations and organizations experiencing sensitive and complex issues, advising throughout litigatory and investigatory processes. She also works with some of the nation’s top law firms on brand positioning and profile building.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Ketudat served as Deputy Press Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, where she acted as a spokesperson for the Secretary of Homeland Security and for multiple federal agencies. Ms. Ketudat also served on Capitol Hill as Communications Director for a former Congressman Tom Malinowski, and prior to that, as an aide to the House Intelligence Committee. Ms. Ketudat has a background in the arts, earning a degree in vocal performance from New York University.

Sarah Mann works with companies and individuals to build and protect their reputations while navigating risk. She has extensive experience managing public affairs campaigns, litigation communications strategies, internal communications initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Before joining TLG, Ms. Mann was an Associate Partner at DGA Group (formerly Dentons Global Advisors), a strategic communications advisory firm where she primarily supported clients on labor issues and government investigations. Before joining DGA, Ms. Mann was a Corporate Communications Manager at WeWork where she managed media relations around the future of work, technology, product development, design, and global corporate partnerships. Ms. Mann began her career in the public affairs practice of FTI Consulting in Washington, D.C. Ms. Mann graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in political communication and an M.A. in media and strategic communication.

Abbie McDonough

Abbie McDonough

Abbie McDonough serves as a communications advisor to C-Suite leaders of national and global institutions and has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic, political, and litigation communications and crisis management.

Ms. McDonough advises TLG clients on a range of complex matters involving reputation management, including congressional and third-party investigations, complex communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns, and issues management around politically sensitive situations.

She built her career helping leaders in federal and local government in Washington, D.C. develop their brands and legacies, make major announcements – including around litigation – and navigate politically sensitive situations. Ms. McDonough has expertise in juggling the communications challenges of reaching diverse audiences, from the urban and suburban communities surrounding the nation’s largest cities to rural communities that dot America’s heartland. Prior to joining TLG, she served as the communications director for D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine. She spent over a decade working on Capitol Hill, including serving as communications director for U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp. In these roles, she served as a senior advisor and worked directly with elected officials, crafting and executing strategic communications plans nationally and locally, rolling out litigation, and driving conversations on issues ranging from responsible financial services regulation to sustainable energy development to public safety and beyond. Ms. McDonough serves on the Board of Directors for the Squash + Education Alliance. She graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in history.

Ms. Miller joined TLG from Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s premier institutional asset managers, where she oversaw the Business Communications team. In this role, she drove strategy and execution of internal and external communications for client- and prospect-facing teams in response to a variety of firm and market events. She also previously held regulatory and compliance roles within the firm. Hannah graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Connecticut, where she was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Brianna Moore brings nearly a decade of administrative and operational experience to TLG where she supports company-wide engagement initiatives, manages daily office operations, and contributes to process improvements that enhance internal workflows.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moore served as Office Manager for the National Real Estate Advisors, where she focused on overseeing daily office operations, including managing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, implementing systems and procedures, managing budgets, and liaising with vendors. As a paralegal at the Legal Aid Society, she provided comprehensive legal and administrative support in litigation, policy advocacy, community outreach, event planning, and office management, and previously managed a wellness-based co-working space in New York City. Ms. Moore graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B.A. in Biology.

Kylie Munnelly is a senior communications strategist and former television producer who drives strategies for high-profile clients looking to effectively frame narratives and navigate mission-critical moments while advancing business objectives.

Ms. Munnelly advises global corporations, investment banks, tech companies, media organizations, and high-profile lawyers and law firms on strategic communications issues, often providing support in their highest profile matters. This includes complex financial transactions and investigations, leadership transitions, litigation and bankruptcy matters, and crisis situations. Having begun her career as a television producer for CNBC, Ms. Munnelly regularly serves as advisor and media trainer to leaders navigating the digital landscape and engaging in public discourse. Ms. Munnelly is often sought out for her ability to project manage complex, multistakeholder issues, serving as a conductor for her clients and their teams in navigating major moments of change.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Munnelly worked in several roles at CNBC, including as a segment producer for “Mad Money with Jim Cramer” where she helped shape the program’s coverage of the global financial markets and managed relationships with corporate leaders, including many Fortune 500 CEOs. Ms. Munnelly previously served as a Page in the NBCUniversal Page Program. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in economics from The University of Richmond.

Zak Sawyer is a seasoned communications strategist with experience serving in government and executing numerous risk management and corporate communications campaigns.

At TLG, he has led communications strategies around watershed legal trials, headline-making business moments, and important cultural conversations. He regularly advises public and private organizations on their brands and reputations, developing multi-faceted communications efforts to reach clients and customers, employees, policymakers, media, and the public. Prior to joining TLG, Mr. Sawyer was a Senior Associate at FGS Global. He previously served as a legislative and then senior aide for U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly and as Assistant Director at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). Mr. Sawyer graduated with a B.A. in political science from The University of Michigan.

Ashley Schapitl

With 15 years of experience leading communications and policy efforts at the highest levels of Congress and the Executive Branch, Ashley Schapitl brings extensive expertise in numerous complex policy areas and a long record of success in shaping narratives, managing crises, building relationships, and leading multifaceted communications campaigns.

At TLG, Ms. Schapitl advises major corporations on sensitive and multi-faceted matters and investigations. She also provides strategic communications guidance to nonprofit organizations and law firms in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.

Before joining TLG, Ms. Schapitl served as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders and led a wide range of strategic communications initiatives, including in her most recent position as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. In this role she managed the Public Affairs team covering all domestic policy issues, events, and U.S. travel for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, as well as communications efforts for the implementation and impact of the Inflation Reduction Act and its multibillion-dollar clean energy and revenue provisions. She also partnered with Internal Revenue Service leadership to revitalize agency communications planning and operations at the 100,000-person agency.

Prior to her service at the Treasury Department, Ms. Schapitl spent more than a decade in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. During her time on Capitol Hill, she led strategic policy and communications efforts around numerous pieces of landmark legislation and initiatives. She also played an integral role in communications for three Supreme Court nominations and dozens of judicial appointments. Ms. Schapitl graduated of the University of Maryland College Park with a B.A. in political science and government and from Georgetown University with an M.A. in professional studies, public relations, and corporate communications.

He also develops strategic communications collateral tailored for a diverse range of clients, implements strategic media relations strategies, and proactively engages with journalists to help shape public perception and protect clients’ reputations.

Mr. Seth joined TLG after completing his master’s degree from the Center for Global Affairs at New York University and completing internships in Human Rights Watch and several communications and public affairs firms. Previously, he supported strategic communications and public affairs campaigns for leading technology, healthcare, utility, and media companies. Mr. Seth received his B.S.B.A. from the Kogod School of Business at American University, where he double majored in business administration & PR and strategic communication.

William Southworth is an experienced communications strategist who specializes in guiding public and private companies through high-stakes crises and reputationally significant challenges, including often overlapping government investigations, complex litigation, and corporate governance concerns.

He also advises leading law firms on branding and strategic positioning, helping them clearly articulate their value and separate themselves in competitive markets. Drawing on his background in communications, politics, and the law, he partners with client teams to develop and implement integrated communications strategies aligned with key stakeholder and business objectives.

Before joining TLG, Mr. Southworth earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Analyst and War Room Director at a public affairs firm renowned for rapid response, opposition research, and strategic communications, leading the firm’s media monitoring operations. Mr. Southworth received his B.S. in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from American University in Washington, D.C.

She provides clients with expert stakeholder mapping, public policy and media intelligence, and narrative development to help them navigate geopolitical risks as well as dynamic regulatory and media environments.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Tapies was a consultant at FTI Consulting where she worked across global teams to support clients in highly regulated industries including defense, trade, technology, and energy. She brings a global perspective shaped by her international upbringing in the U.S., Austria, Brazil, and Panama. Ms. Tapies graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in in international affairs with concentrations in security policy and public policy.

Kaye Verville brings 15 years of experience in corporate, financial, and litigation communications, having advised companies, C-suites, and boards through corporate crises and reputational threats, M&A transactions, IPOs, restructurings, executive transitions, and other business inflection points.

Ms. Verville’s expertise spans across a variety of sectors, including retail and consumer goods, energy, chemicals, technology, and healthcare, and she has managed some of the largest public company transactions of the last decade.

At TLG, Ms. Verville leads multi-stakeholder communications programs for numerous multinational companies facing mass tort litigation and Chapter 11. She also has significant experience managing litigation communications for high-profile matters with top litigation firms, as well as public interest matters related to #MeToo, equal pay, and misinformation. Prior to TLG, Ms. Verville was a director at FTI Consulting in the company’s Special Situations and Capital Markets practices where she specialized in advising clients facing complex legal, regulatory, and market challenges. Ms. Verville also managed clients’ public and investor relations programs. Ms. Verville previously worked at BlueChip Communication, a strategic communications firm specializing in financial services based in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Verville graduated cum laude with a B.A. in romance languages and art history from Bowdoin College, where she was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Harrison Wollman

Harrison Wollman

Harrison Wollman is a strategic communications and media professional with deep experience managing high-profile matters at the intersection of media, policy, and reputation.

At TLG, Mr. Wollman advises global institutions, entertainment and media organizations, law firms, and nonprofits across a wide range of sectors on sensitive reputational matters, including high-stakes crises, engagement with policymakers and regulators, and complex litigation. His work often involves serving as the primary media liaison with top-tier reporters, preparing CEOs and C-suite executives for engagement with the press, developing messaging for politically sensitive situations, and guiding internal and external communications during moments of reputational risk.

Prior to joining TLG, Mr. Wollman served as former Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Press Secretary, leading large-scale communications responses during some of the City’s most challenging crises. During his six years in the Mayor’s office, Mr. Wollman also managed the office’s press team and led media relations and communications around a range of policy priorities, including sustainability, transportation, and infrastructure; economic development; homelessness and housing; and public safety. Previously, Mr. Wollman worked in public affairs, where he developed and executed various communications strategies, engaged local and national media outlets, and managed community engagement for a wide variety of corporate, nonprofit, and government clients. Mr. Wollman has B.A. in politics and economics from Oberlin College.
