Working at our firm
At TLG, our team is made up of dedicated, knowledgeable communications professionals working cohesively with leaders across all levels and functions to support clients across an array of industries and issues.
This is a very collegial environment – team members at every stage of career growth are invited to share their ideas and those ideas are taken if they’re the best. Everyone’s willing to help out when needed and takes the work seriously but aren’t overly serious about themselves. A truly great place to work.

TLG served as the architect of the historic Equal Pay effort by the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team that shattered barriers and redefined the global conversation around women’s sports.

The memorial will stand as a powerful tribute to the First Amendment and journalists around the globe who have lost their lives while working in service to the public.
